Theme music for series... ^__^

just thought I'd start off a random ramble thread:

So if you had to pick one piece of music to be the theme song for a manga series, what would you match with which series?

I think it's pretty creepy how well the sound and orchestration of Gackt's "Fragrance" matches up with "how I bet someone in Japan would make the opening theme for a Count Cain anime series", myself...

that is so strange that you'd ask this question, because I was thinking about this a while ago, for some reasonnnnnn... ^0^

^0^ well, i know Gokinjo already has an anime AND a theme song ("Heroine" and "Don't You Know?"), but everytime i read the manga, i keep thinking of Puffy's "Hurricane/Hariken" (march 2002). don't you think?? =)

GAAAAACCCKKKKKTT! Bit of a gackt fangirl, myself. He holds the record for longest time as my desktop image.

I almost always end up matching a song to a manga, (unlikely that anyones heared of it, but Sweet Sedation by Tiga and Zyntherius works so well with S-C net-translated "Shounen Zanzou". The lyrics really make sense).

Like watching significant parts of a film with the sound off and music instead. (who needs mtv!?)
